Six places to get to know me. Tap any to read on.
Congratulations — you made it this far! I built this so you could get to know me a little, instead of reading yet another CV.
I'm Freddie: I run operations at a legal-tech company, build things on the side, and I've gone all-in on AI over the last year. (This map is a small demo of that.)

My path here wasn't a straight line — and I think that's the point.
I started out as a chef in professional kitchens. Somewhere along the way I realised what I really wanted: to run my own business one day. That sent me looking for a way into the corporate world, and I picked sales as the way in — there's no better school for learning to convey the real worth of a product, on the phone or in person.
After about eighteen months in sales I moved into my current role, which has given me real exposure to the operations side of a business.
Now I'm after ownership: I want to run projects end to end, be directly accountable, and help drive the growth of a startup I believe in.
Office & Engagement Manager at Lawhive — I keep a fast-moving legal-tech team running and the culture sharp: operations, the office, and the day-to-day that lets everyone do their best work.
One booking link for tattoo artists: clients see the work, book a piece and pay the deposit up front, so the Instagram-DM admin and the no-shows both disappear.
An AI receptionist for dentists — answering calls and booking patients when the front desk was busy or closed. My brother and I ran it together for three months: he owned the engineering, I owned everything that got it into practices.
Loved building it and learned a lot. Turns out AI voice agents are pretty competitive in 2026.
I'm properly into my fitness now — I wasn't always. As I've got older I've found that staying fit and doing hard things spills over into everything else; it keeps reminding me I'm more capable than I think.
Football 2–3 times a week, running that crept up on me over the last few years, and I've finally caved and signed up for my first Hyrox (I promise I'm not the stereotype). Just bought a bike too — so an Ironman's only a matter of time.
Here's my 2026, checkpoint by checkpoint:
“I've worked with senior lawyers at top-tier firms that are less capable operators than Freddie.”
“He's operating at a genius level… in the top 1% of users — a prime example of how our company should be using AI to get work done.”

FOUNDING AI ENGINEER · DUAL-QUALIFIED LAWYER
I've been really impressed with Freddie in respect of two projects: Benefits and the Hackathon.
For the Benefits implementation, I've seen Freddie proactively reach out to my partner (who single-handedly runs global benefits for a 1500+ headcount company) to get insights and advice about best practice. He joins each call well prepared with detailed notes and insightful questions. This prompted my partner to ask how many years he's been doing Benefits, because he had such a depth of knowledge about the nuances of brokering different types of insurance and salary-sacrifice benefits — she couldn't believe this was his first time. In her own words: “he is super proactive, focused on the task at hand, has a pragmatic and fast-paced approach to delivering value to the employees; he has learned advanced concepts quickly and thinks three steps ahead — he has a vision and isn't just ticking a box.”
For the Hackathon, I've been working with Freddie to organise the logistics with Google. He has a well-organised Notion space containing all of the information about the project. Before our first call, he provided a comprehensive pre-call briefing summarising all previous discussions and agenda items, so I could jump straight in with everything I needed. He ran the call professionally and efficiently, making sure every action item from previous discussions was addressed and all items were covered in the 30-minute slot. I've worked with senior lawyers at top-tier firms that are less capable operators than Freddie.
As an aside — both of these seem to stem from Freddie's expert use of AI to augment himself. I've seen many smart people make themselves dumb by over-reliance on AI; whereas Freddie is operating at a genius level because he is responsibly deploying AI to do the heavy-lifting under his careful direction. I'm genuinely blown away by how he uses Claude — skills, slash-commands, scheduled runs and other features that put him in the top 1% of users. He's miles ahead of some members of our AI Team. He's a prime example of how our company should be using AI to get work done — he could genuinely run a session to educate the company on his workflows.
